The service

Gold Intelligence is an information and decision-support tool for physical-gold owners. It is not financial, investment or tax advice. You make your own decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the Service in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (monthly, yearly and a five-year one-time plan) are billed via Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial may apply to new users.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; paid access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled in line with applicable EU consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape or use the Service unlawfully.

Third-party dealers and no guarantees

Prices shown are informational. You buy physical gold directly from third-party dealers; we are not a party to those transactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for investment outcomes or the acts of third-party dealers. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes and governing law
